We will ask and answer the following questions of every program we offer:

1. Equipping:
   1. Does this program provide opportunities for relationship development through teamwork and character building?
   2. Does this program provide quality training for volunteers?
2. Reaching Out:
   1. Does this program have a system in place to evaluate and measure its effectiveness?
   2. Do volunteers and participants come from both inside and outside the church?
   3. Is anyone being overlooked that we need to find a way to include in this program?
3. Resources:
   1. Is this program an efficient use of financial and volunteer resources?
   2. Are there experts or organizations that could be partners to expand the efforts of this program?
   3. Are there adequate buildings, vehicles, equipment, and workers available to help those in need?
